We have had K&S work on 3 projects for us. Our first was a very involved basement remodel in an old townhome; before meeting Chris, we had met with at least 2 other contractors, and Chris not only had a better read on the work, but also seemed to key-in on important aspects we hadn’t thought about. And the work was outstanding, with a real eye for detail and design. I recall seeing some of the work in progress and thinking” I hadn’t even thought of that, that’s excellent!”. Since then, he has completed a small exterior project and a complete gut-rehab of our kitchen. Considering the excellent quality of the work, I think K&S is a genuine value, and Chris is great to deal with. Candidly, we feel rather fortunate to have found K&S, and have referred friends. This is our contractor for all future home remodeling.

I recently hired K&S Construction and Remodeling for the conversion of my garage into an office. Chris did a phenomenal job from start to finish!! He removed the garage door, framed the space, and built a wall with a door and window. The area was insulated, and Chris ensured that the drywall and flooring were flawlessly installed.
